"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

i very much appreciate your book 'remember'. throughout my own experiences i have come to the same conclusion and i find it incredible and meaningful that what i thought to have been my own ideas are realized by others. i myself had ambitions to create a book like identical own, but you've beaten me to it! the illustrations are wonderful and i can only now hope that its message is shared with as many people as passable, and maybe the future of our world can become something wonderful.
